This building services contractor based in Sheffield has considerable experience working on large scale property refurbishment schemes.
They have partnered with many local authorities and housing associations to provide a fully integrated range of services.
They play a big role in PFI investment schemes and has built up good relationships within the sector with the excellent standard of work produced.
Building on their reputation they are expanding to become one of the largest contractors in the North of England. The group of companies they are part of continue to develop in other mainstream sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial and industrial. This has given them a strong base to build on their success.
This building services contractor is looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager who will be based in Sheffield.
In the role you will be working on domestic repairs*maintenance and housing projects (refurb & new build). The projects you will be working on are already established and will be long term. You will be office based in Sheffield but you will be expected to travel to sites around the M1 J10 to J40, and along the M62, M18*M180 areas.
You will be expected to liaise with sub-contractors and on site engineers as well as dealing with clients.
